I prefer bratwurst to kielbasa, I like to pre cook them in beer before I grill them. It's all sounding good to me though. What kind of beer are you serving? That makes a difference too you know?

Sounds real good to me.
Especially if you barbecue the kielbasa and then keep it in a "beer hot-tub"
