No. There are drugs that can help people to live with AIDS, but no cure.

No there is not a cure for Aids. There are medicines for HIV that will help with symptoms and try to slow down the virus from turning into Aids....

You know, probably, but we will never see it, its about money and sick people make money. It doen't matter if there has been a cure for aids for 20 years, we would never see it, there is an amazing ammount of money gained from AIDS patients yearly. We are a money making statistic, and the longer they can prolong a major illness the more money they make.

no there is not a cure. although with treatment some ppls levels go below detectible levels they are not cured. And would still be considered positive by a clinical stand point.

The best treatment at present can "control" HIV but will not cure it.
