i have swollen and painless node on my groin at the same side were i hav a pinched nerve
so do u think dat is the coz
and can not gettin enough sleep coz nodes to enlarge

A nice warm compress, or a heating pad applied to the area will help with the pain through the night, but you should consult a doctor soon. A pinched nerve always means some inflamation, and it might have affected the lymph node, but cant' know for sure. It could always be an unrelated infection. Can't tell over the internet, you know. Pinch nerve won't cause it. Some type of infection causes swollen lymph nodes. It is very important that you get this checked. There are other reasons also. No lack of sleep won't cause it. Please go to Dr.

Enlarged lymph nodes could be an early symptom of cancer, see a doctor soon if it persists and get checked.

pinched nerve can annoy the lymph see a DR tho get blood count done and see what he says.. he will send you to a specialist you need.

yeah, the pinched nerve is the cause. it is a normal defense of your body to an injury. go to your doctor for some medicines that you can take.
