I suffer from acute sinusitis day and night summer and winter and all the seasons, they are very painful and I used lots of medicines and nasal sprays and nose wash with no avail. Nothing really made my life better and if you look into my face you will see them (sinuses) swallowed significantly. I went to many doctors and none of them seem to have a permanent cure for me.

Does anyone here suffer from sinusitis and have tried something efficiently? Remember that I have an acute-sinusitis not the mild one, but the aggressive one.

Does nasal wall deviation can introduce sinusitis, or at least increase the possibility of its infection?

OK, Acute refers to the duration of something, not the severity. Acute means short term. Chronic also refers to the duration, but long term. One cannot have "acute chronic".

Now, determine if it's bacterial sinusitis or allergic (either of these can be acute or chronic). If it's allergic then there are many Meds to try. Recurrent (meaning happening often) acute or Chronic sinusitis may need sinus surgery done by an ENT doctor.

Nasal septum deviation can certainly predispose you to getting more infections and can also be surgically treated by an ENT doc.

I know of a friend who had her sinusis removed and replaced with fat from her stomach and in a month the infection was back! What I hear that works fairly well is making a solutions of sea salt and warm water I half cup of sea salt to 2 cups of distilled water. Warm it to a comfortable temperature and rinse your nasal passsages morning and night.
I am going to try this starting monday. You can check with me it you like, or you can try it for yourself. Good luck.
