if you have an opening cut scratch abrasion in your skin yes.. it has to be thru blood stream or mucous membrane such as the eye nose anus vagina or in mouth hope you washed it off dude.. we have poors in our skin that can absorb it too um chicken pox is a herpes zoster virus well same as cancer sores and herpes contagious..
