No matter how certain he thinks he is, you never quite no for sure. I know it may seem silly but if you want to do this for him and he wants you to do it for him enough, be sure he puts a condom on. You could become infected without one since there is an exchange of fluid going on. There are condoms that come in different flavors for this purpose. If you guys were married it may be a different story. Don't ever take anyones word for it when it comes to this. It's out of respect for yourself and for him as well. Don't forget that he could get infected from you also. It just goes to show he's not thinking with his brain.

You need to go to the doctor. Any disease you can get genitally, you can get orally: herpes, warts, gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia, etc. It could even be a yeast infection (thrush). Can you describe these bumps? Does your tongue feel sore? Are there whitish flakes? That would sound more like thrush. But if the bumps have a certain appearance, then they could be warts. A different appearance would indicate herpes. You need to be treated so you don't pass it on to anybody else, and it doesn't get worse. If it is any of these things named above, it won't pass--it will stay. The symptoms might go away, but the disease will still be there, causing damage without symptoms. That's why you need to get checked out NOW, rather than waiting in fear or doing nothing out of fear of discovery. Look in the phone book or on the internet to see if there's a women's health clinic nearby, like a Planned Parenthood. Hint: they also give away free condoms there. They'll do this confidentially, your parents don't need to know.

Put yourself at ease. Tell him that if he wants something, you want something in return. When he asks you what...tell him that although yout trust him you want him to be tested for any STD's he may have. It is a normal thing to be tested and it will only make you more comfortable and him know that he is not infected.

My wife has been giving them to me and my friends for like 5 years and never had a problem. She swallows and everything. I think the media is filled with people who are jealous when they can't be so lucky.

just in case you don't know about how to protect yourself

You never know...I hate to say it but often guys lie about stuff like this just so that u will have sex with them. The best and safest thing to do is to tell him you wont do it untill he gets tested...if he gets mad about that..well...then i would say hes not the best guyu to be with! =D
Hope this helps...and be safe!
