I have had alot of differnet kinds of Chinese food, but I wanna try something new. I like Mongolian Beef, Kung Pow Shrimp, Egg Drop Soup, and the usual stuff like, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Orange Chicken, and Mixed Vegetables. Do you have any favorites? Maybe something with pork.
Thanks

Mala Doufu. All the things you mention you have eaten is what the Chinese call Laowai Zhongcan ('chinese food for foreigners'...). Mala Doufu is one of the most appreciated dishes of mainland China. It comes from the province of Sichuan. It is actually pretty spicy and peppery. 'Ma': hot 'La': peppery so the translation of the dish is: Peppery and hot doufu. Enjoy...(mail me for a good recipe)
