i love adobo, sinigang, lumpia & pancit! what about you?

Caldereta is my favorite (I prefer it with the goat's meat). I'm not Filipino but when I tried this in Manila, I thought it was terrific.
There's also a sweet dessert type street food that's sold, which I love. I believe it's warm soft tofu with sort of a caramel/maple syrup/sugary syrup to it. I can't remember what it's called.
Also, bistek is terrific!

Chicken menudo, pancit, turon?, pang kare kare, lumpia. I miss tocino sausage, purple ube cake and ice-cream, Max's crispy chicken. Halo halo, dried mango. I love Filipino food and I love my Filipino/American wife.

Chicken curry made out of the roosters slain in cockfights, served with flat bread and basmati rice. Loempia is good, but the only place I've ever eaten it is the Netherlands. They must have learned about it in Indonesia.

im filipino!!!!! yay!!!!! ok my favorite dish id pancit with chicken, another is vegetable lumpia, and my favorite dessert is well i know itz like coconut flat bread er something i 4got wut itz called...good luck with ur survey!...oh also my mom makes killer adobo...i had it last night (visiting 4 holidays)
