Yes, there is lactic acid in yogurt. It's produced by the fermentation of lactose (milk sugar).

Yes there is lactic acid in dairy products including yogurt. This is why some people suffer from LACtose intolerance, and why Cleopatra liked to bath in milk. It's very good for the skin.

Yup. There sure is. It is a milk product. I'm not entirely sure but I think I saw soy yogurt at the supermarket the other day. Worth checking out.

Not so sure about latic but there's some kind of acid in yogurt, mix it with a little marijuana and you'll be tripping for hours....

Yoplait Petits Filous is the best for mixing....

Yes! All fermented products contain acids. Lactose ---> lactic acid.

Except for soya 'yoghurt' which is lactose (and obviously dairy) free.
