Well it depends where iis the historic train? If in Africa the meat might not be too exotic. If the train is in the states and they are serving ostrich, then that might be a little off.

The Orient Express? Not sure what they serve, but I guess for the price you could order something exotic. If you are from the UK, then stewed goat would be exotic :).
