They seem to have a lot of choices here - couldn't find specifically Chef Chow's. Maybe if you visit one of their restaurants they sell it directly there. Hope this site helps you.

Try Chinatown?...it would be where i would go first?....bring a label or an empty container so the merchant can investigate the product more efficiently!.....good luck!
