It depends. Potentially, you can get any STD from any form of unprotected sex, including oral sex. Especially if the c0ck you're sucking has sores on it. AIDS is rather more difficult to acquire than most people know. Oral sex is not high on the list of risky behaviour, unless he blows his load in your mouth and he has the virus and you have any type of open sore in your mouth, in which case you probably wouldn't be doing it because it'd be uncomfortable.
If you are concerned and want to go ahead with it, slip a flavoured condom on him and slurp away.

there is a long list, including warts, hpv.
also some of the fluid based ones like staff, strep thoat.
probably not the common cold .. that is air borne.
"safe sex" with a rubber .. well is rubbery. is said to help lots, but tastes bad and can break.

Herpes; gonorrhea of the mouth; if you eat bad "puddy cat" you can some strange stuff... make sure the chick washes that sh!t out... do the earwax finger test first...stick your finger in your ear; pull out a bit of earwax (with out her seeing) then stick the finger in the 'batcave'... if she jumps or jerks... don't eat it!
