Fuy a univision.com a buscar una receta de "tembleque" y dise que necesito "1/2 taza de facula de maiz", que quiere desir??
HELP!!!!

Fecula de Maiz is cornstarch (MAIZENA) If you don't have it you can replace with similar ones such as rice flour or potato starch....
Or use the equivalent of fine wheat flour (use about 1/3 less amount as it comes out thicker)
I went to see the recipe in Univision...It's a recipe similar to the spanish NATILLAS that are made with ordinary milk instead of coconut milk... Sounds yummy!
