yes, so by the time you' re ready to use them ,they are wore out, so use one that' never been tested

Yes they are triple tested, washed out each time then repackaged. The 4th test is when you use it.

Most likely true, but in my case...then needed to be quadruple tested because I'm due in July, lol!
