ofcourse its ok, you can do whatever you want as long as it dosnt harm others, at least thats my point of view.
If its just a matter of personal preference dont even turn full vegetarian, you could just eat meat whenever the craving comes up ;-) enjoy

Of course it is okay... There are some cultures (Hindu as an example) who have been healthfully vegetarian for thousands of years... Today there is a growing percentage of people becoming vegetarian for many different reasons. Fact: statistically, vegetarians have higher intelligence.
Go to a few veg websites to read WHY this is a beneficial choice... HOW to do it sensibly... and WHAT to eat. You can even find out WHERE to get good vegetarian food, and WHO among famous people are or were vegetarian.
I guess that about covers it!

Yes but you have to replace the meat with beans and nuts. Dairy products only replace the protein but not the iron and zinc. Legumes and nuts are a good source of all of these.

You should be fine. Just do a little research and see what foods you need to eat to still get the protein your body needs. You may also want to start taking a multi vitamin, just in case.

The protein being hard to get is a myth, please research it well. You will find that even with a veg diet you will sometimes get too much protein.

Umm...it's fine...that's good that you like vegetables more. They're healthier for you and more animal friendly.
