Ok, I need ideas quickly- my birthday is coming up. Can you please help me? I'm kind of a girly-girl and I'd like to invite about 15-20 people (no boys).

Mall Scavenger Hunt! Okay, first of all including 2 of 18 girls for a sleepover is unfair in my opinion. Everyone else will find out one way or another. It just leads to hurt feelings. Mall hunts are inexpensive, only cost about $70-$90 with 20 girls. I'm having one so that's what we figured with sodas, pizza, cupcakes, and also we did our own little twist.:) Everyone gets only $1, and they have to find one thing in the mall thats $1 or less and purchase it. It must be of equal significance (one person cannot buy 4 gumballs and another buy feather earrings). At the end of everyone buying an item, all the purchases go into a bag and everyone randomly chooses something. I was thinking the items would be along the lines of lip glosses, nail polish, hair clips, etc. Forever 21 has $1 bins with those types of items. Bath & Body Works has a 5 for $5 deal with their PocketBaks and each girl could get one! I hope this helps. You can just google "mall scavenger hunt" and get a bunch of ideas on different sites. :)

Go to the mall & split up in two teams. Each team should have a polaroid camera. Ask your mom to come up with a list of 20 riddles for things you could find in the mall. Each team has an hour to find everything on the list & take a picture of it. First team back to the designated with the most pictures wins. We did this for my sister's birthday & had a blast.

I have a friend turning thirteen too and if you are going to have a sleepover you have to make sure it is kept under control and you guys don't go crazy. You could also do girly stuff like hair and make up if you wanted so you could see what your friends look like. If you wanted to do something during the day and just for the day you could make it up as you go along. Sometimes that is more fun than planning it.
