They produce a tinned vegetarian haggis - called a Jessie...

If your friends are vegetarians, then you don't present them with a haggis. Many carnivores don't like the idea of haggis. Any vegetarian who hankers after haggis is probably only being vegetarian because of a partner.

Vegetarian haggis? Sounds like poached eggs without eggs. Maybe you'd better look for a typically Scottish vegetarian dish.
