Sounds extra such as you have a pinched nerve (probably tendon or ligament) and/or a muscle rigidity/sprain/spasm it extremely is interior the thoracic section (the full outer section on your physique surrounding the lungs/chest) of your backbone. The nerves placed in those areas connect with the different nerve stemming out of your back on your lungs, hands, shoulders, and up into the neck the place it connects on your sternocleidomastoid muscle. this could result your traps and lats muscular tissues and once you positioned weight on that section while drowsing, it is clever that the burden of your self could make you sore day after on the instant...via laying on a undertaking section all night. you're able to get a referral to an orthopedic or spinal expert (no longer a chiropracter..yet...if ever). It additionally would not sound like a respiration undertaking, as you're no longer coughing and reported no longer something approximately your breath sounds, and have a sparkling xray (YEAH!!). i'm a respiration Care Practitoner, and this so far, would not sound respiration. desire it gets extra useful quickly. do some self examination at homestead. a million. ROLL your neck around SLOWLY from one section to the subsequent (as though your have been doing a classic, uncomplicated head roll/stretch). Do you spot the discomfort pulling everywhere (or discomfort on your chest) once you ROLL your neck in one direction or yet another. How approximately discomfort or a straining feeling in any bigger muscular tissues/nerves best down your shoulder, arm, and better/mid back? Now, take a deep breath, and does it injury everywhere else besides the lung, like in any areas of your back?. Does it make experience to you that when you breath shallow, it would not injury like it does once you're taking a deep breathe, because of the fact your pulling on that pinched vertebrae/nerve etc..once you increase your chest. merely seem into it, and observe the version between shifting those bigger section back/arm/neck eyc...vs: a "lung" undertaking. desire i'm top, and it is not something extra severe than some stable actual scientific care and stretching won't help. according to probability you may get off paintings for scientific care besides...yee haw. You've already seen some doctors regarding it apparently...unless they start giving you warnings, I wouldn't worry too miuch about it.
