Biriyani is a specialized dish that takes a long time to make, so I would probably say no you can't find it online. I have seen some other quick packet Indian dishes in my super market, but it probably depends on the community you live in. Your local Indian Grocery should have some ready made meals in the freezer section.

Like the above comments say, it has a lot of ingredients, and takes time to cook, so I suggest you order ready to eat packs and make them yourself.
