I am specifically looking to find what the daily dose is for various products in the COPD area. For the UK I've been able to get this from MIMS, and for France I have used VIDAL. But does anyone know of any international references I can use? I've checked out the ISPOR site, but it doesn't seem to have anything appropriate.

I don't think there is an international body - the doses vary from country to country and certain drugs are available in some places and not in others. An international 'dosing' index would be one person's opinion and that opinion is more than likely to be influenced by either the company/research institude they work for or the country they're from.
