Yes. Hiding the fact you have HIV from someone that you have sex with is considered murder in many states. Its intentionally infecting someone with a deadly disease. Could you honestly kill someone you love just because they may leave you? Would you hold a gun to their head and pull the trigger? It amounts to the same thing.

You have to tell whoever you have intercourse with that you are HIV positive. You do not want to be classed as a murderer because that is what you will be if you neglect to tell them. You will be quite safe using condom's . HIV is quite treatable now but left will be the death of you. Take care and have a lovely day.:))

I would be morally obligated to tell any person who I woudl be exchanging bodily fluids with that I was positive for HIV.

well I wouldn't get messed up in a situation like that, I'd tell them straight out, not playing with them and such, and they wouldn't want to get HIV 99.9% of the time. If they didn't want me and such, thats not the issue, but of course.

yes or you are looking at 10years in jail. Its illegal to sleep with someone knowing you have HIV and can infect them, basically its murder.
