Has anyone here quit? Can you tell me when it became easier and how you feel now?

It should get a lot easier from here on out. The first 72 hours are the hardest until the nicotine gets out of your system, after that it's all psychological. Just remind yourself that a "crave" only lasts 10 seconds... so when one hits just count backwards from 10 and it will have passed. Get yourself a free "quit meter" for your computer... it will keep track of your progress, $$$ saved and life added. Try whyquit.com and silkquit.com for meters. Congrats & good luck!!!

Hi,

I quit this time last year having had a 30 a day habit. I'd tried and failed with allsorts until I a friend recommended this program - see below.

It also came with a 100% money back guarantee and has a 90% success rate - can't say fairer than that!

All the best.

Yes, it will get easier after your body detoxes from the nicotine and other chemicals in the cigs. detox could take up to a year depending on how saturated your body fat is. I gave up 20 years ago and never regreted it. felt much better after i quit, lungs quit hurting almost the same day. just do it one day at a time. good luck

Congrats. They say the first 4 are the hardest. People say they always still want to smoke but don't. Everyone who quits feels and looks better. Hang in there.

It is easier then more time that passes but don't get sucked back into it even once because you'll just get started again. Trust me it only takes one time.

For the first two weeks I had dreams about smoking. Three months later I hardly think about it, though I do appreciate second-hand smoke. :)
