what can i use to stop my snoring?

my mom says i snore and i think its would cuz an embarassment if i fell asleep on my bf and he heard me snore. what can i use/do to make it stop?

have a doctor laser the uvula and the snore is gone

1. dont use pillow
2.if u have throat problem cure it

try to sleep on your side
