Chop up and put in a stir fry
or in spaghetti sauce
or in lasagna
some much to do with the patty and soooo little time!
Basically, anything you would put meat into you can substitue a veggie (soy) patty.
Enjoy!

Spaghetti sauce?

A little olive oil, a little garlic, about half an onion, a small can of tomato paste, and a 28 oz can of diced tomatoes. Just cook the veggies in the oil, add the tomatoes and let it simmer until it's the right consistency. If you like it less chunky, use crushed tomatoes or tomato puree.

Then put in some fresh or dried basil, oregano, and/or tarragon, and a little black pepper.

You can get creative and add bell peppers, celery, shallots, or a splash of wine, too.
