Soy Milk Recipe
To make plain soy milk with this Automatic Soy Milk Maker, you do not need any more than the instructions in the User's Manual - add water and soaked soybeans and press the START button! To make soy milk with your favorite flavor, just add the flavoring of your choice after the soy milk is made. I usually add a bit of sugar. Do not feel guilty about adding sugar because most likely you have added less than what is in commercial soy milk. You can also use sugar alternatives. Some people like to add a little salt. Vanilla flavor is also a favorite and is known to neutralize the "beany" taste pretty well. Some customers have reported that blending cold soy milk with banana is great.

Its kind of hard to do at home because the beans have to be so finely ground, strained etc. I have seen a machine advertised in health food magazines that makes it--- but it is a little pricey and I've never tried it.
There are some soy powders you can buy and then blend up your own--- probably cheaper than the kind that comes in little cartons.
But the premade kind in cartons is now available in your big discount stores like Costco etc. pretty inexpensively.
I'm a real 'make it myself' kind of person... but I do buy my soy milk in cartons!
OR do you mean "how is soy milk made?"
Soybeans are ground up very fine and mixed with water. It is cooked in a big vat and then strained. Then it is packaged--- or flavorings are added and then it is packaged.

It's hard to find the little nipples on a soy bean. Just buy it at the supermarket

my mom can make it without a machine but it makes a mess, so I brought a machine to make it, it makes really good soymilk
it cost about $100 to 150, it is worth the money if you drink it all the time, you can make a gallon for 25cent, but you have to do alot of prep work and cleaning the machine is hard, I don't like to clean that thing, I suggest buying it from store is only $2 for half gallon, if you have to make it buy a machine from amazon.com or something
