Snoring frequently can be dealt with by using a device called a CPAP, Constant Pressure Air Pump. It,s a device that pumps air down the throat and keeps a person from snoring. It would be a big help to your wife and yourself if she went to a doctor to be examined for sleep disorders. If nothing else, the doctor will give you a diagnosis that will help control the snoring. I snored for more than sixty years. My wife put up with it, though it was loud enough to rattle the windows. That's true! I was prescribed a CPAP and use it every night when I go to bed. No more snoring.

She might want to check to see if she has sleep apnea. I snore and have it. I now use a CPAP machine and no longer snore.
If it's JUST snoring, then you could try those nasal strips.

Take her for a sleep study to see if she has sleep apnea. If she does they will set her up with a C-PAP machine and that should take care of the problem. It sure did help my husband.
