My niece needs help figuring out what she should do for her 13th bday. It will be small, about 4 maybe more including her (6 at the MOST). Any ideas?

Well, does she and her friends like to do anything in paticular like bowling, ice skating, moviesetc. somewhere she could have a day of fun?
A make up party is fun for 13 year old girls, maybe fina d mary kay or avon lady to do a makeup/facial trial.

a red carpet theme party, wear your best dresses
and do each others hair and makeup before hitting the red carpet .

Have a backwards party. Greet guests by saying good bye. Tell them hello when they leave. Have everyone wear their clothes backwards. Just do everything backwards. It is fun. I did it for my daughter's birthday party. I was known as the mother who could put on the best parites.

Take her shopping at the mall- all girls love shopping!
Take her out to McDonalds for a snack then watch a movie at the cinemas.....
Play pop music at home and put balloons everywhere! Eat cake, cookies and chocolate then all give her presents.
This should make her feel like a princess- so special!

have a beach theme.. have everyone were bathing suits and buy some cheap hula skirts from party city you should have tropical foods like virgin pina coladas and pineapple
