I have a solution for hungry folks-and strays?

There are lots of stray dogs and cats out there-Lots of cultures eat these, why not catch them, and feed them to the hungry homeless? We'd have full people, and less stray animals!!

Not sure where you live, but that would be breaking at least two laws in the US.
