if you do not smoke tobbacco that is the feeling comming back to your lung tissue. Typically that lungs are somwhat temporarily aggitated by smoke. But the brain can override this in order to obtain a high. now your clean and your lungs are showing the minor damage that was done by smoking!

It'd probably your body's reaction to a bad habit.
DO NOT continue to smoke pot, however, to make it go away. Go see a doctor and figure out if there is any prescription to stop the irritance in your lungs..but trust me when i say not to continue...it'll make it worse.
Odds are you body is not used to not having pot in your lungs and it is trying to heal itself...give it the time to do so.

If you were a heavy pot smoker, it's possible the smoke damaged your alveoli (the tiny sacs in your lungs that collect oxygen from the air) and they are now healing themselves.

I'm a nurse. It could very well be a side effect from the discontinuing of the drug use. You should see a doctor for additional information.

Your lungs are probably just healing and happy that they can breath fresh air.
