How can i determine what diseases, or the blood sugar level the person has by using urine samples and haveing universal indicators colour indicators (i think). Basically how can I DETERMINE the blood sugar levels and any possible deseases a person might have. if i have the persons urine sample?

You must buy testing supplies specific for each condition that you wish to test.
When blood glucose levels get high enough that glucose is spilling into the urine, BTW, a person is extremely ill with one of the forms of diabetes. That one should get to a doctor asap.
There are more efficient and modern ways to determine blood glucose levels.

You won't be able to determine someone's blood sugar level unless you use their blood. Urine's sugar level does not correlate to it, only shows very high sugar levels or kidney damage. Also, don't use the same sticks you use with urine to measure blood sugar because it won't work.
As for other diseases, not any disease can be sought for in a urine sample. If you have doubts, you should see a doctor

not sure what you mean by "universal indicators colour indicators", but urine samples are examined by dipping testing strips which have different indicators that change color. The test strip is placed in the sample for a certain amount of time and any color change is compared with the color chart that comes with the kit.
