You have to take into consideration, that if, a substantial amount of blood is loss, it would be very lethal for him, and sad for yourself and both families.

Well if that's your husband where would he get a STD from besides you unless he's doing something with someone else but he should go to the doctors definitely because this sounds serious and it's probably not a STD if he's being faithful how could it be a STD.
