I just made aglia oglia con broccoli last night (over some cavatelli) Still have some in the ole fridge!

It is the easiest thing in the world to make and it is yummy as hell!

Pasta (it was good over the cavatelli) but usually, I use linguine.
good olive oil
garlic cloves about 5 or 6 sliced into fat little rounds
bread crumbs
good grated cheese
pepporinccini (red pepper flake)
Italian spice mix
butter and a small squeeze of lemon.

peel and slice the garlic into little rounds, slightly thick.
fry them in the olive oil while the pasta cooks in some water
DONT BURN THE GARLIC! Just to a gold brown.
When the pasta is almost done, add the broccoli right to the pot.
boil until all is done
drain but save some of the pasta water about 1/2 to 3/4 cup
add the pasta and broccoli back into the pot and pour over the garlic and oil
season and spice with some breadcrumb
cheese
spices salt and pepper
mix and add in a few little pats of butter
stir and squeeze just a touch of lemon over it.

Peasant food that is delicious!

My favourite is probably spinich and mushroom raviolis, but fettucine alfredo, chicken catchatori, proscuito basil and cantalope paninis, and tiramisu are also very good.

hi? Pizza! the style with a skinny base, a sprint tomato sauce, a sprint cheese, loads of garlic, and exciting toppings, no longer your standard Americanised version with cheese slathered everywhere and a thick base.
