seek a doctor.. get that cholesterol attended to.. you have hereditary cholesterol... that is unfortunate.. i have it also.. i take meds for it.
and ask the doc about a dietician who can help you with a diet that will work with your bodies needs and limitations...
it is a must.. because guesswork is just going to make you sick.

IC? High cholesterol, allergic to dairy, soy, can't eat any fruit or any "preservatives".
Maybe you are allergic to a particular "preservative" but many, like ascorbic acid (i.e. vitamin C) and benzoic acid are perfectly common in many foods.
I am sorry you are having these problems, but is it possible this is a mental issue? I don't know what "IC" is. Is it Interstitial Cystitis? This appears to be an autoimmune disease.
Sounds to me like your immune system is completely screwed if the problem is as you present it. You need to have a bunch of immunologists check you out good. I wish you luck. It sounds like you are going through hell :(

colorful vegetable is best for your condition. It seems that salad could fit you well but I suggest to having beans for protein source and fresh fruit. If you can get a juicer, you don't have to eat the fruit as a whole but instead consume it as drink~
Hope this helps. Good luck

consult with a nutritionist. They could help you with what foods you can eat that won't harm you. Also do what technical difficulties said; consult your doctor about the cholestrol.
