Greek saganaki with a twist.
Chop a small onion and as much garlic and chili as you like, fry it in oil for 2-3 minutes. Add a splash of white wine, reduce it a bit (boil it until it gets thicker), and add a can of tomatoes. Boil for 20 minutes. Then, add a small handful of chopped parsley if you like.
Put some peeled shrimps in a shallow pan, add the sauce and a handful of cubed feta cheese. Grill until the cheese starts to brown around the edges.
Eat this with some crusty bread. Yummiiii!
(Too much chili will kill the delicate taste of the shrimps, so don't use a lot of it together with shrimps/shellfish.)

Here’s a pasta recipe. Clean prawns but leave the heads on. Heat olive oil in a frying pan (or better in a wok), add a sprinkle of chili pepper, a small finely diced clove of garlic, a generous sprinkle of finely chopped broad leafed parsley, a generous dash of tomato passata (preferably freshly made) before adding the prawns and frying them until cooked (they cook very quickly). Your sauce is ready. Meanwhile, you’ve boiled the spaghetti and have it ready. Drop it on top of the sauce, mix and serve.

Hi. I found that spicy chili is the best.
use:
3 cans of Ranch Style Beans with Jalapenos
4 short cans of Hunts tomato sauce
1 bag of the Carroll Shelby's chili mix- It is a short brown bag
-put in the spices, cyan pepper in ONLY
3 pounds of ground beef
-cook it first till brown and cooked all the way through
Now the reason you do not put in the mesa flower is that it makes it too thick and it tastes different.
Cook all this in a crock pot for 6 hours
Stir it once before it cooks, once in the middle of the cooking, and once befor you serve.
And the chili should be spicy.
