Rent a hotel banquet room or some restaurants have banquet rooms as well. Check local clubs and see if they will rent the hall for a time. Also check your local parks and rec dept . sometimes you can rent multipurpose rooms at a local school.

well if your in vegas than there are some cool places, you can look up in your phone book or over the internet, Have a good b-day to whom ever! Hotels usually have banquet rooms!

well you could renavate some where or you throw a party at the beach and if it has to be salsa then i would suggest that you made go to a club.

have you tried checking with the singapore civil service clubs? or downtown east and safra last but not least of course hotels.
