Poorly prepared Peking duck. We bought one and took it home once, and yes it did taste good, but it was so fattening it literally made me sick. When they take it off the hooks, they poke a hole in it and literally a bowlful of fat comes gushing out. When we reheated it, the tray was flooded with fat. When we ate it, there were layers of white, fatty tissue about half an inch thick. Not to mention the shiny grease all over it. YES it tastes good but OH the fat...Though when I was eating it I felt like every inch of my body was covered with spongy fat, and I was getting tired, and I was thinking, "I'm SO going to die of a heart attack."

Duck is generally a rich food, though, but when you buy it at a nice place, it won't be as fatty. It will be delicious and you'll love it, I swear. Just be careful of those dodgy places.

Coeur a la Creme is one of the most fattening dishes I've ever heard of. It's cream and cream cheese mixed together, pressed until firm and condensed through a mold, and served with sugar and strawberries.

Diet Soft Drinks.

I am not being funny. They have done study and found soft drinks to be the common denominator in obesity. Then those who drank diet sodas end up putting on more weight then those who drank the standard suger types.
