That happened to me and I went to the dr. He told me that if the guy is larger then I'm used too I could bleed.
The other thing is that it had been quite a while since I had had sex and my body was having to get used to his and to having sex again. But I wasn't bleeding alot.
You need to listen to your own body, and if it doesn't feel right to you then you need to get checked. The other thing is, you said it is your fiance. So that is to assume that nothing has recently changed in your sex life? If just out of the blue you're bleeding now, you should be seen.

You need to see a medical doctor. If you are bleeding when ever you have sex, you may be hurting yourself in some way. I do not believe ladies are supposed to bleed when they have sex unless it is the first time having sex and the hymen is being torn.
