I'm not sure what you mean by Taco dip but I made a cold dip the other night for a party and people loved it.

Layer the following (not necessarily in order)

Shredded iceberg
Diced tomatoes with chopped cilantro
Guacamole
Chopped onions
Sour cream
Cheddar cheese

Layer it in contrasting colors in a glass bowl. Be Creative!

My two favorite dip recipes are very simple and very yummy. Put a layer of cream cheese on the bottom of a plate or pie dish and top it with jalepeno jelly or hot pepper jelly, great with crackers or triscuits.

The second is a 16oz container of sour cream, packet of dry ranch dressing mix, and a jar of salsa which ever amount of heat you like. Mix ranch packet and sour cream together and stir in about half the jar of salsa. Objective is to not make it too runny. Chill for an hour and serve with tortilla chips.

enjoy
