Im 13 and I dont have any heart problems in my family tree but for some reason my heart beats hard even when I haveint done anything. I cant feel it but I can when I touch my chest. It doesnt skip or give extra beats but its just making me nervous.
P.S it doesnt hurt either.

Wow, you are young for that. Do you feel panicky or weird at the same time? Could be panick attacks.
Are you a greasy food eater? Studies show that 10 year old that eat at fast food have the hearts of 50 year olds.
Garlic and hawthorne berry heal whatever is wrong with the heart, get some in a tincture called Strauss Heartdrops.

Have you had an EKG during one of these episodes? And does your heart beat more quickly, or just harder? I don't think that you're describing anything dangerous (as long as you don't have any other symptoms during the episodes, such as shortness of breath, light-headedness, and you don't feel weak or like you're going to pass out) but if they continue, and especially if your heart beats fast, it might be worth it to see a doctor and try to get an EKG while it's happening to see exactly what's going on.
