It's cheaper and less-troublesome to buy it already made, but it's just a cooked egg noodle that's been fried until crispy.

I found a site with a recipe that tells how to make them, but if you want to know abit more, I would say have a look at wikipedia.
Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound mung bean sprouts
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 7 to 8 ounces each
Marinade:
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 small piece (less than 1 teaspoon) cornstarch
Sauce:
1/4 cup water or low-sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 4 tablespoons water
Other:
1/2 pound dry wonton noodles
2 medium ribs celery
1 pound bok choy or broccoli
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
1 red bell pepper
1/2 red onion
1 green onion (scallion, spring onion)
Vegetable oil for frying and stir-frying, as needed
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
PREPARATION:
One or 2 hours before cooking, rinse the mung bean sprouts so that they have time to drain thoroughly.
Cut the chicken into thin strips. Add the marinade ingredients, adding the cornstarch last.

buy the dry egg noodles from the chinese shop.... tell them u want the fired noodles, it comes in dry pack. soak it in hot boling water for 3 to 5 mins with a lil oil, drain the water n keep losen up the noodles till each one is seperated, then leave it till cold.
fried the pan with a small amount of oil, till u see the smoke from the pan. put noodles, light soy sause, vegetable. salt n lil sugar, if u want the noodles brown, simply use dark soy sauce. fried and stir it for 2 mins, when the veg get soft, that is done
if u want to mix the meat in it. make sure cook the meat seperately before u add it on the noddle, cause meat required longer time to get cooked. if u put raw meat with ur noodles, buy the time the meat is cooked, the noodles will becomes to soft ...
good luck

or you can try the asian food isle at walmart. they usually have it pre-packaged. it's fairly good. you can always add additional flavor to your taste. it's worth the try. beats the heck out of slaving over a hot stove...LOL!
