I got it while i was studying Argentina it's like a marinade, if any one can tell me the ingredients and directions please and any comments on taste would be good

1 cup fresh parsley
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon pepper sauce, such as Franks® Red Hot® or Tabasco™
DIRECTIONS
Place the parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, cumin, salt, garlic and hot pepper sauce into the container of a blender or food processor. Blend for about 10 seconds on medium speed, or until ingredients are evenly blended.

Lots of great recipes on the Net. I copy about 10-15 good looking ones, print them out then make my own recipe from those. The first recipe you got doesn't look too bad.

You can try cilantro in place of parsley and either make it without heat (more traditional) or spicy, (just throw a couple of jalapeños or serranos into the blender - rather than the red chili spice.)

Good Luck with it, its just fabulous on any kind of grilled meat and makes a splendid marinade too!
