I havent had any symptoms or nothing like that, and overall i feel fine and healthy, so i most likely dont have anything....but i know i have been sexually active and i just want to go see a doctor to make sure I really dont have anything.
My question is.....since i know there's no one test that can determine if i have any kind of infections or stds......so what should i ask for? i dont have money 2 get tested for every single std there is and there's no need 4 it cause i've only been w/ one boy, but still.....which ones are most common? what should i ask for them 2 check.
ok, im kinda confusing myself now.....well hopefully u get what i'm TRYIN 2 say....

➔ Diseases & Conditions
➔ STDs
MOST STDS WILL NEVER SHOW SYMPTOMS. Even if you don't feel sick, even if you've only had one partner, you can still carry something and not know it.
You can get tested for most things for FREE. Call your local health department. The number is in your phone book.
1. Ask for a Pap smear. This will check for abnormal growth on your cervix. Sometimes, abnormalities are fleeting and happen because you're still developing. But a lot of time, abnormalities are caused by infection with HPV. These abnormalities can develop into cancer if they are given enough time. If you have an abnormal test, follow-up testing can tell you whether you have HPV. A Pap smear might feel weird, but if you relax, it won't hurt.
2. Get tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia. Chlamydia is a leading cause of female infertility (due to PID), and it is called "the silent epidemic" because women contract it and never have symptoms, so they never know they're infected. Gonorrhea and chlamydia is a urine test or swab (done during, but separately from, your Pap smear).
3. Syphilis is a blood test.
4. HIV is either blood test or mouth swab.
5. Herpes testing is almost never free. It can cost $150-200, so skip this one unless you absolutely have a reason to believe you have been exposed.
6. Ask your health department if they are offering free or cheap HPV vaccinations to teen girls. Where I work, my department is offering free HPV vaccines to girls ages 11 to 18. This is good because full price is close to $500 for the full course of shots. HPV is the most prevalent STD, but you don't have to get it if you have this series of 3 shots!
Last bit of advice, if you are sexually active, it is very important to take resposibility for your behavior. That means you should be proactive about seeing the doctor and getting tested at least every 6 months. Every 3 months if you have a lot of partners (which you said no, but I'm just sayin'). And if you have questions about birth control, ask the clinician. Don't hold back, they've heard EVERYTHING.

i could want to declare unload This guy Now, yet of course you nonetheless care sufficient approximately him to strengthen this question. If the alarm bells are not ringing yet, permit me initiate a fire! "If I had something, i could realize it through now..." STDs are easier to capture than some could understand. what proportion companions has your bf had? Then think of of what proportion companions that they had. this is amazingly lots, and a few STDs can lie dormant and with out indicators for some years. Clamydia case in point is a variety of nasties that during basic terms some human beings surely understand. It does impression the two sexes, and many everybody is walking around unaware that they are companies. the element to observe right it somewhat is that youthful ladies are lots greater in possibility than adult adult males. Having intercourse is that (between different issues) it somewhat is a fashion of taking a relationship some steps better than only acquaintances. it somewhat is a huge step, and it includes particular household projects, for the two one in each and every of you. you should choose for to take a try for STDs on a similar health facility if he's feeling coy approximately it, yet from what you write, i do no longer think of he respects you lots that he can face some seconds of embarrassment. All relationships are according to have confidence - you for him, and vice versa. i think of this could be a possibility sign. You the two ought to initiate back from a point enjoying container with this guy, or locate somebody else which you would be able to have confidence.

I got diagnosed with herpes virus (type 2) about three yrs ago, whilst I was still in college and had a foolish one-night stand. I realize loads of people say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a huge mistake that one time and all of a sudden it seemed like I was going to have to live with the implications for my entire life. The worst part was feeling I could never date other men again. In the end, who wants to go out with someone that has sores round her "you know what" area? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/LO0SD everything got better.
Not only was I able to remove all remnants of the hsv from my system in less than 3 weeks, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so blessed to write that just a week ago, in front of everyone in a crowded restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This program provided the chance to be happy and experience true love again. Now I want to help others too by sharing this story.
