My hubby had that and the Dr told us it was a virus or something.
I think he actually called it "rusty pipes" and said it's quite common. I don't think you have much to worry about, but I'd get it checked out again just to be safe.

Give the GP a miss and head straight to your local GUM clinic (Genito urinary medicine). They will certainly ascertain if there is anything wrong and have heaps more experience in this field than your GP (no disrespect intended). It certainly doesn't sound normal but it might not be anything dramatic. The clinic should be listed in your phonebook and is free and confidential.

Blood cant be normal. It doesnt mean its necessarily anything to worry about. But go back to the Doctors- ask to see another doctor, and ask them in turn to refer you, you need to have your mind put to rest. And it if it is something wrong, then it needs sorting.
