If you are having trouble breathing RIGHT NOW, you need to call 911.

I agree with the first answer but if it is not that bad give some more information by editing. Here are some things that would help people answer you better.
Are you coughing?
How long have you been having breathing problems?
Do you have asthma?
Have you had a cold?
If you are coughing what color stuff are you coughing up?
Do you take any breathing medicine?

calling 911 would be the best thing to do, if your seriously gasping for air. But if your just feeling short of breath than call up your doctor or family physician and get the problem evaluated.

well is it serious if it is ring 999, but if its not then unless your already asthmatic and have a rescue inhaler then i would suggest that u book an appointment with your doctor :D
