Hello. I am 61 year old. I have never smoked a cigarette in my life. I have not taken any alcohol too.
Smoking habit develop when you do not know the pros and corns of it. You start as a style or to keep up your ego. I considered all those habits as weaknesses of man and trusted my will power. Stress and tension, worries and problems are never cured by the euphoric effects of these habits. Your Friends cheat you by saying that you can get rid of your worries by smoking a cigarette or drinking. That is not true. If you have confidence in you, you can control your emotions and stress by shear will power. then you do not need these habits.
I can prove it.
