Jezz, I'm sorry to hear about your wife. Well the only 100% way to not get AIDS is to not come in any contact with any liquid she'll pass onto you containing the virus (the 4 being, Blood, Breast milk, vaginal fluid, and semen (well that's one you don't have to worry about but it is one) ) Saliva does carry the virus but the levels are so incredibly low that there has never been a case where someone caught it from that. If you 2 have sex use condoms but remember even sex with a condom increses the risk.

Read as much as you can about HIV. You will get it too if you're not extremely careful. Having sex with her is a huge risk to you now unfortunately and you can't ever do it without a condom again. I am so sorry for what's happened to both of you.

some here said to double up. Do not do that. If you use two condoms, you actually increase the chance of it breaking. Just use 1 condom at a time. Trojans are thicker than other condoms so I would suggest those. Sorry to hear what happened.

Use condoms, it's the only way to prevent the spread of HIV. You could also try alternative methods of sex. Good Luck.

Use protected sex, try to avoid mucosa to mucosa transmission. Like kiss with an oral membrane opening.
