It may be better to ask this question in the Womens Health section, most people with experience of taking in this section will have been taking it for diabetic control, not PCOS;

Not sure what pcos is. I have taken it for years for my diabtes. I really like it. I take 1000mg. at night and in the morn. it really has helped keep my levels down.
When you first start it, you can feel nauseaus.

My husband is a Type 2 Diabetic.It's different for everyone.He took it for awhile.Done alright with it.But,He has been taking- Metformin & Actos which have been the best for him.
