I work for a benefits company in Canada. Yes we pay for CPAP machines. But, we only pay to a maximum of $2000.00. The best thing to do it send a letter or invoice to your carrier and ask if they are covered and if any maximums. You may also require a doctors letter indicating you require this for sleep apnea and the severity of your sleep apnea.

Who is your insurance company?
I am on Medicare and they picked up the tab for the sleep study, my autopap and a new mask every 4 months.
