Basically anything a meat eater would eat, except for meat or products made with or flavored by meat. I like to eat things like nuts and beans. Both are very healthy and full of protein and vitamins. I also eat eggs, and dairy so I like to have eggs or chesse too. Bread is always good, and so is pasta.
Hope this answers your question...

I have been a vegitarian for two years, and i feel so much better being one! I eat fake meat (it taste real...) bread, fruit, vegitables, junk food :-D, etc. Being a vegitarian you can basically eat anything you want that doesent have mean! (and if your not vegan you can eat all dairy products!) Being a vegitarian is easy...it just takes a little effort but theirs such great rewards for your body, the planet, and animals!

Put it this way... You would eat EVERYTHING.. except meat.
You could for example, eat all oreos and call yourself a vegetarian. However, you wouldn't be a very healthy vegetarian.
