The yellow stuff they pump on a taco or chilli dog isn't cheese. It's more like axle grease. A slice of actual cheese is no worse in melted form than at room temperature.

Do you think that melting cheese takes out the nutrition? I cant see any disadvantage except, like already stated by others, melted cheese can be dangerously hot on the mouth when we cant wait to eat and chosen food we are having it on.

Actually, cheese is best eaten at room temperature. Melted cheese makes it easier to dab the excess grease off if need be. So, I would say that melted cheese is better for you if you dab the grease off otherwise it's just the same as cold or room temp cheese.

Thats stupid. Like asking if ice and water are made of the same thing. The only danger with melted cheese is perhaps burning your mouth.
